William McComas is in his junior year of a Bachelor's of Business Administration, with a specialization in law, at California State University - Fresno. "I transferred from a junior college, so this is my first year here. I really like it - the instructors are very helpful, and I am developing a good comprehensive understanding of business. I'm at the point where all my classes relate to each other now, and make sense. I'm in the Honors program, and we have seminars where community business leaders come in and talk to us - I am familiar with all the concepts, which is gratifying."

"I take 5 classes per semseter, including my Honors class which is once a week. For this class, different professors come in and talk to us about articles they have written, and we discuss them. I have about 10 hours of classes per week, and put in about the same amount of time studying and working on projects. Many people in the program have jobs as well - I work 18 hours per week."

"In my management class we worked in groups of 4 or 5 and volunteered at a non-profit organization. My group volunteered at Foster Friends. We analyzed the organization, made recommendations and did a PowerPoint presentation. Another project I did for my computer class was to go into a business and write a report on how their computer systems works within the business. We also work in groups to learn how to be effective managers.
