Kaplan University offers many distinctive touches in its program delivery. Some of the highlights include:
• Online Quizzes - Many classes have a quiz at the end of each unit, which provides students with instant feedback on their work.
• Discussion Boards - Each week's unit includes interaction between students and their instructors on discussion boards. This gives students a chance to expand their learning experience through discussions with both instructors and fellow students.
• Web Field Trips - Students conduct research using various Internet research sites and are asked to take notes in their online learning journal for further discussion at a later date.
• Online Seminars - Students participate in interactive seminar sessions with their classmates and instructors.

*Some Kaplan University programs are not 100 percent online; some programs require students to gain hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.
